Over 60 retired ski nut who learned a lot about ski conditioning after rehabbing a knee during Summer 2012. Messing up a knee was unrelated to skiing. I became a much better skier after becoming interested in working on fitness all year long. Massanutten in Virginia is my home mountain. Alta in Utah is my favorite in the Rockies.
